Refund policy

We want you to love your Jingle Paws order. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@jinglepaws.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
